Career Opportunity: Storekeeper

Main Purpose of the Role: Ensuring adequate stock levels, safe custody, monitoring and control of stock
 
Among others, key accountabilities will include:-
  • Receiving incoming stocks, monitoring and placing orders when necessary
  • Ensuring that all customer deliveries are in line with set policies and procedures
  • Ensuring stocks are properly stored within warehouse
  • Carrying out regular stock takes and maintaining Cadex Records
  • Raising and posting of transfer orders and receiving reports
  • Filing of warehouse documentation
  • Issuing of gate passes for outbound office equipment
  • Supervising stores staff in daily operations
  • Maintaining stocks on the ERP system
  • Recording and safe keeping of claim tyres

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Purpose of the Role: To ensure customer satisfaction by providing advice and service in tyre solutions at the Yana Tyre Centres (YTCs).

Among others, key accountabilities will include:-


  • Inspecting and identifying the tyre requirements of the customer
  • Changing, fitting, balancing and aligning tyres and wheels as per the YTC’s stipulated guidelines
