2. Taking customer orders and making
their coffee or espresso to order.
3. Suggesting drinks based on the
customer's taste or preferences.
4. Clean or sanitize work areas,
utensils, or equipment.
5. Order, receive, or stock supplies
or retail products.
Requirements:
- Must have relevant technical qualification and
experience.
- 2+ years experience in hospitality industry
and working as a barista.
- Excellent oral communication skills and a high
standard of work performance.
- Aged between 23 and 30 years.
- Computer literate.
- Holder of a diploma in food & beverage
production/Hotel Management or any other relevant hospitality training.
- Certificate of Good Health.
- Certificate of Good Conduct.

- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to
ensure efficient service and conformance to standards.
- Recommend measures for improving work
procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance
job safety.
- Perform personnel actions, such as hiring and
firing staff, providing employee orientation and training, and conducting
supervisory activities, such as creating work schedules or organizing
employee time sheets.
- Analyze operational problems, such as theft
and wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in a hospitality
related course.
