Job Description:

1. Estimate expected food consumption; then requisition or purchase supplies, or procure food from storage.

2. Coordinate and supervise work of kitchen staff.

3. Consult with supervisory staff to plan menus, taking into consideration factors such as costs and special event needs

4. Portion, arrange, and garnish food, and serve food to waiters or patrons.

5. Cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience.


  • Medical certificate.
  • Diploma in food and beverage production or any relevant course.
  • Restaurant work experience as a cook.
  • Aged 25 years and above.

Job: Barista

Job Description: 

1. Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.

2. Taking customer orders and making their coffee or espresso to order.

3. Suggesting drinks based on the customer's taste or preferences.

4. Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.

5. Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products.

  • Must have relevant technical qualification and experience.
  • 2+ years experience in hospitality industry and working as a barista.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and a high standard of work performance.
  • Aged between 23 and 30 years.
  • Computer literate.
  • Holder of a diploma in food & beverage production/Hotel Management or any other relevant hospitality training.
  • Certificate of Good Health.
  • Certificate of Good Conduct.

Job description: 

  • Train and  Motivate fellow team members 
  • Have a great ability to up sell and talk to customers 
  • Supervise and participate in kitchen and dining area cleaning activities.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding food service.
  • Evaluate and observe workers for work procedures to ensure quality standards
  • Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with work requirements.
  • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards.
  • Recommend measures for improving work procedures and worker performance to increase service quality and enhance job safety.
  • Perform personnel actions, such as hiring and firing staff, providing employee orientation and training, and conducting supervisory activities, such as creating work schedules or organizing employee time sheets.
  • Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, and establish procedures to alleviate these problems.

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in a hospitality related course.
  • At least 3 years work experience.
