Our client, a well established
Company based in Nairobi is seeking to recruit a Senior Operations Manager to
ensure that the operations of the Company run smoothly, meeting strategic and
performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall Management responsibility for the
operations and corporate action sections.
- Participate in strategic planning for the
company, in particular development of the strategic deliverables for the
operations and corporate actions sections.
- Monitor, review and initiate appropriate
amendments to manage effectiveness of the operational processes and
procedures to meet departmental objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure appropriate level and usage of
resources to meet the operational objectives and deliverables.
- Directly monitor and manage customer service
issues, identifying issues and corrective actions needed and follow up
required actions through to resolution, or escalation to the CEO.
- Manage and directly supervise and implement
client corporate actions deliverables in liaison with the business
development manager.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or
Legal.
- MUST have an MBA.
- Must have 8 year’s of experience with
minimum 3 years’ in a senior management role in an operational function.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Strong People Management skills.
- Experience in the financial services industry
is preferred.
Monthly gross salary: Competitive
remunerations depending on experience.
