Executive Secretary to CEO
Job Description

The Executive secretary shall be charged with managing the CEO's office in all aspects

To provides both clerical and administrative support to the CEO.

Dealing with telephone and email enquiries

Creating and maintaining filing systems

Keeping diary, arranging for meetings and appointments

Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes

Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts

Summarizing departmental reports and presenting same to CEO.

  • Diploma /Degree in secretarial studies or related discipline.
  • 2-3 years as an Executive secretary/PA.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Good presentation skills
