Our client is a FMCG organization in the wellness industry with market presence in 36 countries. As part of business expansion project, there is now the opportunity in Malindi for Sales Executives to join their business.
General
Purpose: As a Sales Executive, it would be your job to sell
your company's products or services.
You would be responsible for finding
and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing ones.
Depending on your market, some of
your customers might be beauty salons and spas, barbers and hairdressers, gyms,
fitness centres, healthcare practitioners as well as individuals within your
specific geographical area.

- Keeping in contact with existing customers in
person and by phone.
- Making appointments with and meeting new
customers.
- Agreeing sales, prices and payments.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Promoting new products and any special deals.
- Advising customers about delivery schedules
and after-sales service.
- Recording orders and sending details to the
sales office.
- Giving feedback on sales trends.
Education and Experience
- You'll need a good general education, but your
sales skills and experience count for more than your formal
qualifications. Diploma in sales and marketing or equivalent will be an
added advantage.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and
processes.
- Knowledge of sales principles.
- Relevant product knowledge and training in
food and beverages.
- Experience in a retail, customer service or sales
environment.
- Basic business administration knowledge.
