Job Description: Graphic Designer

Job Scope:Responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;
  • Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;
  • Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients;
  • Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
  • Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
  • Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers;
  • Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD);
  • Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
  • Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
  • Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches;
  • Working on layouts and art working pages ready for print;
  • Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as InDesign, QuarkXPress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash;
  • Developing interactive design;
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Graphic Design
  • Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment

Job Description: Account Relationship Manager

Job Scope:
 Day-to-day management of all client deliverables for one or more accounts.

He/she is responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and meeting sales targets set by the company.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop acquisition strategies that will drive achievement of set targets
  • Develop and achieve of sales through the direct sales channel
  • Cross-sell services to customers; Identify development potential in accounts by studying current business

Job Description: Accountant

Job Scope:
 Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
  • Ensure conformance to financial reporting and procedural standards.
  • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues and financial commitments.
  • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance to tax requirements
  • Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
  • Develop a financial record keeping and accounting system
  • Evaluate business operations to ascertain accounting needs and recommend solutions to business and financial problems.

Job Description: Bureau Supervisor

Job Scope:
 Supervise the copy / printing processes of work brought in by various clients.

Responsibilities:


  • Ensures the coordinated delivery of services by effectively supervising all phases of clients work.
  • Ensures that the bureau consistently produces a quality product by implementing appropriate quality control standards for work produced.
  • Engenders a customer-service orientation within the print bureau implementing appropriate customer service procedures and recommending any changes in work procedures or other customer service matters affecting the bureau.
  • Ensures that the bureau maintains a sufficient stock of supplies to meet anticipated customer demands, thus avoiding delays in production or lateness of production.
  • Monitors daily sales and submits daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and reports of purchases.
  • Contributes to the overall success of the bureau by performing other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualification:
  • Diploma or Degree (Advantageous)
  • At least two years of experience in digital high-speed copier/printing operation
  • At least one year supervisory experience in a copy/printing operation (Advantageous)
  • Competence in both oral and written English language is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
