is urgently seeking to recruit for the following position of a receptionist to be based in Nairobi
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Operating switch board – (receiving and making
calls)
- Welcoming and directing visitors
- Ensuring that all callers in person or on
phone are handled in a way that customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Ensuring that inquiries and messages are
relayed effectively to staff members.
- Preparing reports of landline and mobile
calls.
Key Result Areas
- Prompt receipt of calls
- Daily reports of calls made
- The reception being manned throughout the
designated hours..
- Accuracy of reports and timeliness in
submission of reports.
Qualification
- Diploma/ Certificate in Front Office
Management or equivalent
- 3 years experience in a similar position
busy furniture showroom

- Knowledge of switchboard operation,

- Good interpersonal skills, presentable,
- PR skills, good communication skills,
- Great customer service skills and one who can
work without supervision
