Brief background: We are a Tours and Travel Company that has extensive experience in customized Corporate and Individual Cab services, Corporate Car Leasing, Car Hire, Tours and Air Ticketing services. 

We seek to make positive contributions to corporates and individuals in direct ways through providing quality service, saving time, bridging the gap between operational efficiency and staff mobility, reducing costs associated with total cost of ownership of transport means and enhancing convenience in transport and travel services.

We seek to recruit competent interested persons for the Fleet and IT Intern.
 
Position Summary: 
  • Ability to perform basic clerical functions. 
  • Basic knowledge of computers.  
  • Ability to use computers for maintaining fiscal records and perpetual inventory. 
  • Ability to prepare complete and accurate records. 
  • Experience of working with Motor Vehicle Records and also a background on the vehicle functionality.
Duties, Responsibilities, Tasks & Assignments:
  • Ensure the smooth coordination between the company and clients with regard to Fleet matters especially on leased cars and their maintenance.
  • Work hand in hand with the Human Resource Department to coordinate the training schedule for drivers.
  • Do a tracking reconciliation of all cars in comparison to the daily worksheets for verification and to ensure honesty.
  • In liaison with the company Admin, duly notify car owners of any arising matters regarding their cars in due time for immediate responses.
  • Prepares daily, weekly, monthly and year-end reports that are thorough and well refined for express understanding.
  • Plans and organizes work according to established or standard office procedures- Determines priority of tasks. Makes decisions based on interpretation of large amounts of data, planning of the work, or refining the methods and techniques to be used.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in maintaining restricted files and records. Operates office equipment, and uses various computer software applications.
  • Go through drivers’ worksheets and the checklist at the back, raise queries and ensure they are addressed.
  • Reconcile fuel receipts on a daily basis.
  • Reconcile and send fleet register daily.
  • Reconcile worksheet numbers, voucher book numbers and receipt book numbers every weekend per week.
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.
Knowledge, skills and abilities;
  • Ability to speak clearly in well-modulated voice with good diction. 
  • Ability to organize and compile various data into effective reports.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word required.
  • Working knowledge of a variety of computer software programs preferred (i.e., Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe)
