Brief background: We are a Tours and Travel Company that has extensive experience in customized Corporate and Individual Cab services, Corporate Car Leasing, Car Hire, Tours and Air Ticketing services. 

We seek to make positive contributions to corporates and individuals in direct ways through providing quality service, saving time, bridging the gap between operational efficiency and staff mobility, reducing costs associated with total cost of ownership of transport means and enhancing convenience in transport and travel services. 

We seek to recruit competent interested persons for the Airport Representative Intern.
 
Position Summary:
  • Responsible for receiving & guiding guests at the airport, advising dispatch on any matter related to flights details like timings any delays that might be experienced.
  • Building relationships with clients and corporate customers while protecting our products & services.
  • Providing customer care services to our clients both in the corporate world and the private sector as and when required.
Qualification:
  • Minimum O-level certificate
  • Diploma in Tours & Travel/Customer care training
  • Minimum of two years experience
  • Good communication skills. Fluent in English.
  • Smart and well presentable
Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Coordinate with dispatch to ensure that all airport transfers are executed more efficiently
  • Monitor chauffers while at the airport to ensure transfers are handled smoothly
  • Receiving and welcoming guests at the airport
  • Assist the dispatch attendants to promote consistency in operations.
  • Advising dispatch attendants on flight details at the airport
  • Any other duties that you may be assigned by the management from time to time
Job Requirements
  • Adhere to all company regulations strictly.
  • Avoid usage of any forms of drugs, alcohol, nicotine or intoxicants while at work
  • Drive undisrupted by any other hand held devices at all times
  • Indemnify Africabs Tours company and all its entities from any and all claims arising during the omission or commission of your work
  • Plan and implement marketing initiatives to grow and maintain customer database
  • Be professional and courteous to all persons whilst employed with Africabs Tours Company

  • Plan and organize work.
  • Prepare comprehensive narrative and statistical reports.
  • Direct the maintenance of a variety of reports, records and files related to assigned activities.
