Responsibilities: We provide writing services to a global clientele. However, a majority of our clients reside in the United States of America, United Kingdom and Australia. 

We have a team of professional writers who write papers on a freelance basis.

We are looking for an additional member to add to our customer care/support team. 


We seek to recruit an intelligent and motivated individual with good oral and written communication skills. Such an individual will be required to communicate with writers and clients over the phone, chat and email. 

S/he will answer queries from our customers and writers, help clients encountering difficulties placing orders, assign orders to writers, verify that papers are original and high quality before delivery, etc. Generally, the person will offer support to our clients and writers during the entire ordering process.
 
Education and Skills:
  • Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Good oral communication skills. 
  • Ability to speak fluent English without an accent is vital.
  • Good written communication skills. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively through writing is crucial. 
  • The successful candidate must be able to write Standard English without grammatical errors.
  • Willingness and ability to be assigned duties any time of the day. We are a 24/7/365 service. 
  • Therefore, working on night shifts is the norm rather than the exception for this position.
  • Intelligent and able to handle unexpected, unique and novel situations effectively and without panicking.
  • Computer literate. 
  • The candidate must have experience using computers and the internet. 
  • They should be conversant with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Word 2007, MS PowerPoint 2007 and MS Excel 2007 applications.
  • Proactive and self motivated.
  • A fast leaner. Willingness and ability to learn and apply new ideas quickly is vital.
  • Ability to multitask is highly desirable.
