Kimisitu Sacco is a national Savings
& Credit Society drawing its members from Non-Governmental Organizations
(NGOs), Embassies, International Missions and other Reputable Organizations in
Kenya.
Position: Temporary Accounts Clerk
Contract Duration: 3 months
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Updating members’ statements with remittances
received accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconciliation of organization remittances
received.
- Follow up on the monthly remittances and
schedules from organizations
- Follow up with members to ensure that their
payments are up to date.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum KCSE C plain
- CPA 11
- Relevant experience will be an added
advantage.
Skills:
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication and inter personal skills
- Must be a team player and able to work under
minimum supervision.
- Hands on experience in using ERP software and
Microsoft Office packages. (Experience with Navision software will be an
added advantage)
