Salary: Ksh 40,000
Our client is a real estate developer whose is a respected and trusted provider
of new homes in Eastern Africa.
They are looking for a dedicated,
analytical, keen to detail individual up to the challenge.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling Final accounts for subsequent handing
over to Auditors
- Filing taxes and regular interaction with KRA
- Budgeting, cash flow management, payroll,
reporting, records management and accounts analysis
- Ensuring compliance with various legal
requirements regarding licenses, rates, and tax returns
- Facilitating annual external audits
- Updating supervisors on the company financial
position
- Monitoring Balance sheet and Income Statement
account movements and ensuring that they reflect the correct balances
- Ensure all relevant account reconciliations
are performed and corrective actions taken in time
- Handling management accounts and regular reporting
Qualifications & Skills
- Should be aged 25 years and above.
- Have CPA II in professional qualification,
those with CPA plus ATC will have added advantage.
- Have used accounting software before,
preferably Sage.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience.
- Can be able to Work without supervision.
- Can be able to achieve target under strict
timeframe.
- MUST pay keen attention to details.
