Sales Executives Jobs in Nairobi Kenya (KES 50K plus Commissions)

Our client a Fast Growing Organisation based in Dubai is looking to fill the position of Sales Executive for their office in Nairobi.

The successful candidate MUST have a bachelors degree and prior experience in marketing.
 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting of new customers by creating  a list of ideal profile participants and connect with them through template emails and scripted telephone calls to inform, stimulate + encourage to test drive.
  • To register new customers  to test drive on suitable day and send confirmation email with full details of the test drive process and pre-session assignment to get them in the right mind-set to attend.
  • Conduct enrolment meetings with prospects, provide course information, answer questions, resolve issues, register, invoice and collect program fees.
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing physical and on-line filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
  • Coordinates with CEO’s Executive Assistant to schedule CEO's appointments to meet with prospects on an exception basis – only when not possible to close the sale.
  • Ensure that the CEO receives necessary background information in a timely and coordinated fashion and that all activities are effectively and efficiently organized through the use of detailed check-lists.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analysing information.
  • Welcomes guests and participants by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
Qualification:
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of business development and sales experience.
  • Must have great ability to negotiate tough obstacles to find solutions and achieve monthly targets.
  • Great rapport skills to inspire trust and willingness to be enrolled to test drive and enroll.
  • Exceptional skills in the areas of judgment, organizational skills, diplomacy, discretion, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be flexible, highly organized and have a proven ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Ability to reach out and build collegial relationships within the organization to promote cordial and productive interdepartmental connections for the team.
  • Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications (Outlook, Salesforce/Sugar CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Social media marketing skills.
Monthly net salary: Ksh.50,000 /= Plus Commissions.
