Due to the recent expansions Techno Brain seeks to recruit an excellent Senior Travel Desk Executive to service the entire Techno Brain at a Global level.
Responsibilities:
  • Doings flight reservations
  • Ensuring clients are well briefed on visa and health requirements
  • Ensuring clients are well briefed on any schedule changes or flight cancellations
  • Checking queues all the time so as to brief clients on any flight changes and clearing any unwanted bookings in the systems
  • Adhering to ticketing rules and conditions
  • Ensuring all bookings have valid tickets
  • Ensuring supporting documents i.e. LPOs/emails/cash are attached to booking cards before forwarding to accounts
  • Ensuring all requests by clients are well responded to in good time and follow ups are made thereafter
  • Ensuring tickets to be voided are done so before the next day to avoid un-necessary penalties
  • Ensuring all refunds are forwarded to accounts immediately they are lodged in the system
  • Update clients profiles are they come in
  • Ensuring that am updated at hand on current fares and any notices from airlines/suppliers
  • Always seek approval on any discounts to clients who won’t qualify such
  • Always seek approval before issuing ANY ticket on credit thus all tickets issued must have fully valid supporting documents
  • Treating clients with passion since they are the business.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of Travel booking experience.
  • IATA certification will be preferred
  • Good in communication and should be proactive, required for this role.
  • Experience of working for a medium to large company is preferred.
  • Should be able to work beyond office ( not necessarily in office) to   co-ordinate travels
  • Will be responsible to manage the Group’s travelling requirements. Involves prepare tion of Budgets, approval, planning, (including accommodation with Admin), booking in liaison with Travel agents.

Navision Senior Technical Consultant.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Lead or Project Manager in the management of end to end system life cycle development of projects.
  • Oversee minor projects being lead by intermediate level staff.
  • Provide business analysis, business area assessment, user needs analysis and business systems design for major projects.
  • Provide senior level programming as required.
  • Provide technical architecture analysis, design, development, and  enhancement.
  • Assist with the development of client information management standards and evaluation of technology trends.
  • Supervise and mentor all intermediate and junior level staff assigned as members of the project team.
  • Experience in handling projects in the US required
Qualifications
  • Should have hands on/good knowledge in MS Dynamics Navision, SQL Server reporting services
  • Should have hands on experience in SQL Server DB fine tuning in terms of code optimizations, load balancing & techniques
  • Must be comfortable with new developments, object designer & XML port 
  • Should good understanding in SOA architecture, Web services Requirement
  • Must be proficient on 3 tier architecture of Dynamics Nav and Role tailored client (RTC)
  • Must be strong in SQL Server and reporting services with business analytics
  • Should have strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical & problem solving skills 
  • Experience 2-4 Years Desired skills Experience in MS Dynamics Navision.

Health Care Practice Director.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the Techno Brain healthcare practice strategy and tactical business plan
  • Leverage industry connections to introduce Techno Brain services Identify and help close new business
  • Write solution approach for all Advisory sales proposals and present as subject matter expert
  • Build Techno Brain’s position in the industry relative to healthcare ancillary services and solution offerings
  • Implement recruiting and retention strategies to build healthcare team
  • Provide subject matter expertise and conduct market intelligence for defined solutions
  • Develop/maintain solution area methodologies and tools, and ensure consultant education and utilization of such methodologies/tools
  • Lead creation of white papers, presentations and other marketing materials
  • Participate in Techno Brain’s leadership calls and webinars
Desired Skills and Experience:
 
The ideal candidate for this position will be a true Thought Leader and have excellent leadership skills as well as the ability to manage teams of experienced, diverse management consultants with different areas of healthcare solution expertise. 

He/she will bring significant healthcare consulting experience with demonstrated client results within healthcare organizations. 

The Practice Director must display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop ongoing, trusted client relationships with C level executives.   

Additionally, it is important that he/she have superior organizational and project management skills and the ability to solve highly complex organizational and operational problems.

Specific qualifications for the position include:
  • 8 or more years’ experience in healthcare consulting arena
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Healthcare Administration preferred
  • Recognized leader within a defined area of expertise
  • Documented success delivering one or more key solutions to healthcare clients
  • Experience with oversight of multiple simultaneous complex projects
  • Previous leadership experience with management of multimillion-dollar project budgets
  • Experience managing a team of experienced healthcare services professionals
  • Understanding of healthcare industry service delivery processes
  • Broad knowledge of enterprise-wide healthcare application suites
  • Demonstrated healthcare connections and ability to network easily with C-suite healthcare executives
  • Ability to identify client needs as future business opportunities
  • Proven experience as a change agent and mentor
  • Financial acumen to meet defined profit and cost management metrics
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Competent interpersonal, problem resolution, team building, and supervisory skills
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, negotiation, and analysis skills
