Assistant Manager – Customer Relations 
Reporting to:Operations Manager
Location: Nairobi
Salary: Ksh 60,000 gross negotiable

Our client in the service industry seeks to hire an assistant Manager for Customer Relations. 

Their main role is to ensure customer retention, and support communication between the company and its Clients
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Efficient communication with the clients and maintain a good relation
  • Efficient dispatch & booking (present and future)
  • Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships
  • Build a reputation of excellent service and generate repeat business.
  • Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate manner
  • Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues
  • Efficiently monitor customer inquiry/feedback so as to ensure good customer experience
  • Ensure all bookings are executed in a timely and effective manner so to deliver service that meets and exceed the customer requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation
  • Helping to implement customer service policy for the organisation
  • Handling face-to-face enquiries from customers
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Analyzing statistics/ feedback/ social media or other data to determine the level of customer satisfaction and ways to improve
  • Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
  • Leading or supervising a team of customer service staff
Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree in Business preferably Public Relations & Marketing
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience, with at least 1 in a supervisory position
  • Communication & Customer care skills
  • Technology savvy individual
  • Leadership skills
  • Passion, Honesty and Attention to details
