Maintains customer records by
updating account information.

Resolves product or service problems
by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem;

Maintains financial accounts by
processing customer adjustments
·
Prepares product or service reports
by collecting and analyzing customer information.
·
Contributes to team effort by
accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
·
Work experience in the Middle East
·
Proficiency in computer packages
especially excel, internet and word.
·
Good communication both verbal and
written
·
Good organization skills
·
Attention to detail
Salary: KES 30,0000 - 40,000 plus Commissions
