Credit Officer

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Collection of debt by telephone and email and reducing debtor days
  • Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances.
  • Processing and generating reminder letters and monthly statements.
  • Liaising with the sales and accounts receivable teams to resolve outstanding queries
  • Ensuring that all major accounts work to agreed order to cash cycle.
  • Daily and month end reporting and account reconciliations.
  • Investigating and resolving queries relating to nonpayment of invoices.
  • Working to strict monthly and annually collections targets
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Business Related degree majoring in credit/accounting, CPA Part II,
  • Good Communication Skills, Self Driven and able to meet targets
  • At least 2yrs work experience.
Starting salary is 25-55k
Job Location    Nairobi.

Sales Representative

Role and Responsibilities
  • Generate weekly sales reports.
  • Following up on clients for payments.
  • Handling clients professionally while reporting their grievances to the director.
  • Updating clients about new trends in the industry.
  • Processing of invoices.
  • Selling company products to new and existing clients.
  • Handling/Maintaining allocated accounts.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Must be a matured male.
  • Diploma in Marketing or related studies.
  • Previous experience in outdoor media sales will be an added advantage.
  • Must be presentable and excellent in negotiations.
  • Ability to give business presentations.
  • Warm heart and ability to handle challenges.
  • At least 2 years sales experience but not a must
Starting salary is 20k+
