position will be reporting to the Chief
Accountant
The main purpose of this role will be to manage the finance function of the company in a professional manner to ensure company meets its financial obligations on a day to day basis.

- General Ledger accounts
- Bank Reconciliation
- Preparation of schedules for reports
- Preparation of final accounts
- Checking Daily Banking & Reconciling bank
accounts
- Filing of taxes in a timely and accurate
manner
- Performing other general accounting duties as
required
- Ensuring purchase order, receiving and
invoices are matched
- Answering queries regarding work being
performed.
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualification & Skills
- Diploma in Accounting
- Qualified accountant with CPA part(II) and
above
- At least 2 years working experience in a busy
accounts office
- Knowledge of operation of Quick Books is an
added advantage
- Knowledge in General Ledger accounts
- Some knowledge of Tax and KRA systems such as
iTax, and submission of returns using the system.
- Strong communication skills
- Highly motivated to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and with minimal
supervision
