Resources Coordinator
Overview: The Human Resources Coordinator
will responsible providing daily pro-active support to the HR Team, as well as
providing information/advice to managers and staff on various Human Resources
issues.
Qualification
- Academic: Bachelor of Commerce- Human Resource Option
- Experience: At least 2-3 years’ experience in an active HR Department
- Other: Excellent writing and verbal skills
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent communications and analytical skills.
- Well-developed computer skills
Duties and responsibilities
- Providing service directly to staff making inquiries related to HR processes.
- Handle routine situations and provides basic interpretation of HR policy and practices
- Responsible for managing the administration of the student internship program.
- Coordinates and facilitates employee feedback systems and surveys, designed to foster positive employee relations.
- Conduct and administer New Hire Orientations, ensuring the completion of appropriate paperwork.
- Coordinating the recruitment of various positions by reviewing applications, scheduling interviews & interviewing candidate for selected positions.
- Promotes employee utilization of HRIS by ensuring smooth administration and training for users which will include departmental and organization wide users;
- Liaise with catering contractor to ensure delivery of quality and timely service.
- Consulting with line managers changes in work settings and other employee-related aspects.
- In liaison with CCD to organize employee welfare services such as sports, Christmas party, team building etc.
- Plans and coordinates special HR events such as the quarterly New Hire luncheon, employee town hall.
- Maintain human resource data bases to ensure correct recording of all staff and employment related information as required.
