Our client is
a start up milk processing factory.
They seek to
hire a customer care representative whose main role is to interact with
customers and provide information on enquiries, concerns and requests about
products and services
Duties &
Responsibilities
·
Deal directly
with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
·
Respond
promptly to customer enquiries
·
Handle and
resolve customer complaints
·
Obtain and
evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
·
Provide
pricing and delivery information to clients
·
Perform
customer verifications on payment details from credit control
·
Keep records
of customer interactions and transactions
·
Record
details of inquiries, comments and complaints and actions taken
·
Communicate
and coordinate with internal departments
·
Follow up on
customer interactions
·
Provide
feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
·
Attract
potential customers by answering product questions; suggesting information
about other products.
·
Resolve
problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, recording and communicating it
to the relevant department and following up
·
Contributes
to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
·
Organizing and
attending periodic departmental meetings
·
Taking
minutes and ensuring that all agreed has been followed.
·
Assisting
with preparation of customer invoices and co-ordination of deliveries
·
Any other
duties as may be allocated by the departmental Head
Qualifications
& Skills
·
Diploma in
Business/ Sales & Marketing/ Administration
·
At least 2
years’ experience in a busy organization
·
Familiarity
with a professional work environment
·
Knowledge of
customer service principles and practices
·
Interpersonal
skills
·
Communication
skills - verbal and written
·
Listening
skills, adaptability, initiative, stress tolerance
