Our client,
a Leading Advertising Agency in East and Central Africa is in search of an
Accounts Director.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Driving client strategy and become the primary client contact for your key clients, ensuring the agency provides a lead agency role.
- Driving business growth through existing clients, developing a proactive action plan
- Working with the group account director on generating new accounts
- Produce and deliver against an agreed account plan and budget.
- Produce and monitor accurate and clear forecasting.
- To be a leader of your team, offering direction and support, ensuring the agency have the correct level of skills to grow the accounts.
- Continuing to monitor and review the processes and skills of the team ensuring the clients receive the best in class service
Professional Skills and Competencies
- Any degree discipline is acceptable, although some employers prefer a social or behavioral science, business, management, marketing, public relations.
- The Individual should be at least 28 years of age and above
- Commercial awareness,
- Ability to work under pressure,
- Excellent analytical skills and Organizational skills
- Should have specialized in Advertising and have at least 4 years of work experience in working for the fast-paced industry of advertising, digital or a direct marketing
