Job Description:
- Customer care on the phone with people to accept/modify food orders, restaurants to place the order, and motorcycle drivers to deliver the food in a timely manner
- Sales to secure more restaurants to be on the platform
- Supervisor/management skills to deal with high-pressure situations and to manage the other customer care agents
Requirements:
- Degree in any field
- Sales/customer care work experience
- Restaurant work experience
- Owns a laptop
- Lives close to Kilimani, Nairobi
- Aged 27 years and above
- Willing to work weekends and some late nights
