Senior Project Managers
2 Positions
Principal Accountabilities:
- Overseeing the preparation of key project documentations as defined in Prince 2 e.g. the Project Brief, Business Case and the Project Initiation Document (P.I.D.) and Project Closure Report
- Implementing and managing of the Project Management Methodology, processes and procedures including advising and escalating to the division heads of any challenges therein
- Monitoring and assisting division heads to ensure that projects meet the agreed budgets, timelines and the quality
- Providing guidance and supervision to the Project Managers, Associates and Assistants in planning, organizing and managing their work
- Managing the information flows and administrative matters between the division heads and other members of the Project Management team
- Managing the project controls including quality control, budget control, brief/scope control and programme control
Qualifications, Experience and
Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related fields
- Knowledge in PRINCE 2 will be an added advantage
- At least 5 years working experience in construction, energy or related field
- Management and delegation skills
