Personal Assistant To The
General Manager
We are
looking for a Personal Assistant to support our General Manager with his
administration as well as work on a project basis for other departments.
- setting up of the General Manager's Office in conjunction with the General Manager
- be responsible for organising the General Managers diary
- Organising all travel arrangements for the Executive Team
- Dealing with all the General Managers correspondence
- The issuing of vouchers
- Ensuring that the office is run in a smooth professional manner
The
successful candidate should have previous experience in a similiar job. They
must have a natural Yes I Can attitude. They must be willing to learn and be
flexible. He/she must be fluent in English both written and spoken.
