Vacancy: Customer Relation Executive

Reports to: Customer Relations Manager

Role Purpose: Ensure world class customer support and care for our customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure delivery of reputable world class customer support, and promote and maintain the Company’s image.
  • Handle walk in customers
  • Customer education
  • Interact, respond to and follow up on all queries and comments
  • Investigating and resolving clients complaints /issues
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customer
  • Ensure all enquiries made via phone and email are responded to within 1 hour and resolved within 24 hours

Person Specification

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or IT.
  • A minimum of 2 year proven experience in customer relations.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and email required, including internet proficiency.
