Relation Executive
Reports to: Customer Relations
Manager
Role Purpose: Ensure world class customer support
and care for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of reputable world class customer support, and promote and maintain the Company’s image.
- Handle walk in customers
- Customer education
- Interact, respond to and follow up on all queries and comments
- Investigating and resolving clients complaints /issues
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customer
- Ensure all enquiries made via phone and email are responded to within 1 hour and resolved within 24 hours
Person Specification
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or IT.
- A minimum of 2 year proven experience in customer relations.
- Computer literacy in MS Office and email required, including internet proficiency.
