Overview: Our client a leading Mobile Telecommunications Company in Kenya is seeking to hire a Customer Care Executive

Salary 25,000 - 50,000/= Depending on Experience


·                     A Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations or Marketing .
·                     A minimum of 1 year proven experience in customer relations.
·                     Computer literacy in MS Office and email required, including internet proficiency.
·                     Sales Experience and Added advantage.
·                     Duties and responsibilities
·                     Handle walk in customers
·                     Customer education
·                     Interact, respond to and follow up on all queries and comments
·                     Investigating and resolving clients complaints /issues
·                     Offering after sales service to the clients
·                     Ensure all our social media questions or queries are answered within the shortest time possible.
