Admin Office Job in Nairobi, Kenya - Embassy of the Republic of Korea

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Nairobi seeks a suitable qualified Kenyan staff in the admin office.

Detailed information is as below:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Drafting of relevant note verbales and other official documents for the Embassy
  • Facilitating between the Embassy and government ministries and other international organization
  • Clearance of diplomatic consignments
  • Facilitating protocol for diplomats and Embassy guests
  • Research of key economic, political and social issues
  • Any other additional administration and consular work as may be required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in social science/law/humanities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate sound work ethics
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in any reputable institution
  • Be computer literate
  • Computer skills(incl MS world, Excel)

  • Copies of education certificates mentioned in the C.V.
  • Good conduct certificate recommendation letter from the university
  • Previous employer and religious institution.
