Centre for Innovative Technologies (CITECH) is a leading Computer Aided Design (CAD) training center. 

CITECH is also the leading reseller for the AUTODESK range of Engineering Software and also the chief reseller for BENTELY Engineering Software (Staad,waterCAD, Microstation etc.). More info on CITECH here.

CITECH is looking to hire an Office Admin to manage the day to day runnig of the business.


Academic: Diploma in any Office Management courses

Experience: 1 years in a busy environment

Other: Excellent writing and verbal skills

Age: 25 years and above
  • Computer prolifience
  • Basic book-keeping and accounting skills
  • Delightful to talk to
  • Duties and responsibilities
  • Maintain and build relationships with clients
  • Student registration processes
  • Software sale management
  • Basic financial duties (Knows how to use Ms Excel)
  • Team management
  • Policy management
  • Operational responsibilities
  • CITECH is interested in a well-rounded person; some-one who can manage the office - from staff to finances to sales and customer care.
  • Someone who is willing to put extra effort and hours.
  • Someone who is dependable, can work with minimal supervision.
  • Someone who is well motivated and is proactive in his/her approach.
