Remuneration:
Basic Salary: Kshs.48,190 - Kshs.65,290 p.m.
House Allowance: KShs.24,000 p.m.
Commuter Allowance: KShs. 8,000 p.m.

Requirements
  • Served for at least 3 years in middle level management / administration either in public service or private sector;
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or be a holder of a diploma with not less than five years’ experience in administration / management.
  • Have good experience in management and conflict resolution;
  • Demonstrated professional competence in administration and management as reflected in work performance;
  • Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the values and principles outlined in Articles 10 and 232 of the Constitution of Kenya.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Ward Administrator will be responsible to Sub-County Administrator in the coordination, management, supervision and general administration functions in the Ward Unit.

Specific duties and responsibilities include:
  • Developing Ward policies and plans
  • Ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Developing activities that empower the local community of the ward;
  • Advise the County Public Service Board of effective and efficient management of county payroll.
  • Ensure the regular statutory reports are produced and delivered on time.
  • Ensure regular payroll cleansing.
