  • Excellent interpersonal understanding.
  • Strong achievement drive and initiative.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Strong customer service and sales orientation.
  • Must possess excellent and professional telephone handling skills.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle stress.
  • Ability to go an extra mile to meet customer expectations.
  • Possession of a diploma certificate or above in a customer service/business related field.
  • Possession of a self-driven car will be a definite advantage.
