Administration / Marketing Assistant

Our client a Full Service Real Estate Consultancy established to serve the investment needs of Kenyans.

They seek for a mature Administration & Marketing Assistant who will deliver friendly, efficient customer service and excellent office management

Main Responsibilities
  • Administrative tasks, issue receipts, banking, filing, etc
  • Managing the reception desk and other support duties
  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages to staff
  • Answering client inquiries about the company and its products and service
  • Managing office petty cash
  • Receiving and directing clients to the contact persons
  • Marketing the company on Emails & Social Networks
  • Respond to emails as much as possible, dealing with appointments
  • Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence 
  • Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments
  • Other additional duties akin to a small business

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Diploma in business/office administration
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Very Mature and presentable individuals
  • Good communication skills; telephone, word and written
  • Able to respond to emails with very little assistance 
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel   
  • Disciplined, proper time management, follow instructions
