Payroll Management, Recruitment and Selection, HR Consultancy and Psychometric
Assessments, seeks to fill the position of a Payroll Administrator.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Entering payroll data including days worked, computing overtime, double over -time into the Aren payroll system
- Preparing and uploading employees net salaries onto the bank EFT system
- Preparing and submitting PAYE, NSSF, NHIF and Withholding taxes as required by law
- Filling of monthly VAT returns
- General book-keeping
- Petty-cash management
- Invoicing and following up with debtors
Skills and Qualification Required
- Minimum CPA section 4
- Keen eye for details
- Minimum 1 year experience with Aren payroll system
- Must have handled casual contracted employees paid weekly, bi weekly and monthly
- Working experience with excel and Microsoft office a key requirement
- Must have experience working with time and attendance biometric systems
- Self-driven focused personality
