Office Receptionist Job in Kenya

Office Receptionist - Legal

Our client, a Prestigious Law Firm in Africa is looking for an Office Receptionist. The successful candidate MUST have 5 + years experience in a large multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner.
  • Deal with queries and provide correct information.
  • Forward calls to appropriate person.
  • Take and deliver messages accurately and completely.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Monitor people coming and going through the reception doors
  • Monitor, control and order office supplies.
  • Book meeting room, set up meeting room with necessary stationary and equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets.
  • Maintain a complete knowledge of organizational structure, personnel names and titles.

Qualifications:
  • Must have a bachelors degree in Administration.
  • Must be mature in their early 30’s.
  • Must have excellent communication skills .
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Must be very organized.

Monthly gross salary: depending on experience
