ERP solutions provider is seeking the services of 2 highly talented Interns to
join our technical team.
Eligibility for the Internship
The
successful candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,
Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited higher
institution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- First line help desk support to clients
- Collecting user requirements and communicating the same to the team in a timely fashion
- User interface design
- Designing and testing system reports
- Project documentation
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Applicants must be graduates or graduating within the current year. If not yet graduated, a recommendation letter and proof of completion of studies from institution will be required
- Good understanding of SQL server and relational database concepts
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP/7/8 and office suite
- Those with basic knowledge in mobile technologies will have added advantage
- English is the working language. Therefore, the applicant must have good command of written & spoken English.
