A medium
sized supermarket chain wishes to recruit a qualified, motivated and results
oriented Head of
Personnel / Administration Department.
This is a
senior management position in the organization and the candidate will be
responsible for all aspects of personnel and administration, reporting to the
Managing Director.
The successful candidate should
have:
- A university Degree in Management / Business Administration .
- CPS Finalist
- ICPSK Member and Practicing
- 5 years relevant experience in a similar position.
- Aged between 35 and 45 years.
- Be a member of IHRM
- Knowledge and experience in Oracle E Business Suite (Core HR and Payroll) will be an added advantage.
