Title: Business Account Managers

Reporting To: General Manager

Overall Job Purpose: The position is meant to build the business client portfolio through the acquisition, and management of both new and existing clients to ensure retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business, acquisition and development.
  • Identify and create a pipeline of targeted accounts per sector
  • Develop sales plans for the unit.
  • Meet the set targets on new client acquisition
  • Conduct and consult on research trends in the industry.
  • Identify scope of covers to respond to clients needs
  • Product review and development
  • Manage relationship with partners i.e. Insurers and Service providers.
  • Observe implementation of SLAs with partners
  • Support clients’ experience in line with the SLAs
  • Underwriting and claims management of client accounts.
  • Observe timely submission of claims to service providers
  • Ensure timely settlement of client claims
  • Design and implement an effective service delivery model.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Degree in any relevant field
  • Professional experience of not less than 1 year
