Administrative Assistant –
Kisumu Branch
Job Purpose: Reporting to the Kisumu Branch
Manager, the overall purpose is to perform all administrative duties, ensure
smooth running of the office and provide quality service to all RI clients.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Manage the front office by answering incoming calls, replying to general correspondence and dealing with enquiries.
- Monitor and oversee to the general cleanliness of the office.
- Receive, submit and transmit incoming business.
- Coordinate meetings and functions for the branch.
- Procurement and proper management of office supplies and assets.
- Manage the banking, receipting and management of petty cash.
- Maintain records at branch level.
Knowledge & Experience Required
Essential
- Diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 6 months - 1 year relevant work experience in a busy organization.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken English language, fluent and polite.
Desirable
- Computer skills especially knowledge of MS Office.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
