Accountant
Overview: Our Client is looking to recruit
ambitious, determined and highly motivated individuals who are seeking to
progress their careers in hospitality and with a keen interest on catering and
events.
Qualification
Academic: A diploma in
commerce/finance/accounting option from a recognized institution
Experience: 2 years progressive practical
experience, 1 of which should be in a Hotel/Hospitality Industry.
Other: Demonstrated capacity to set up and
maintain financial systems and develop internal control procedures.
Duties and responsibilities
- F & B cost accounting
- Daily audit of stock sales, pdq and M-pesa transactions
- Stock management; inventory maintenance, stock control and physical stock take
- Daily data entry into Quick books
