Support Services Assistant
Ref: HRD/SSA/02/14
Reporting to Operations Director, the successful candidate
will be responsible for the following among others:
- Developing Service Level Agreements for all outsourced services contracts.
- Assisting in coordinating transport routine requirements and any other requests made from various departments.
- Liaising with key contacts of outsourced services working in the Hospital and the clinics to provide support and ensure that outsourced work is satisfactorily carried out through daily spot checks.
- Monitoring and evaluate standards of performance levels of the outsourced service providers on a daily basis
- Preparing weekly reports on all outsourced services.
- Performing any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent.
- 3 years progressive work experience.
- At least 1 year experience in leadership role in busy Operations/Administration /Logistics department.
- Computer Literate
