Hospitality is a boutique consulting and management firm that operates serviced
apartments and boutique hotels.
Night Receptionist
2 Positions
You do not
mind working the grave yard shift as you will be required to work the overnight
shift.
The role is
multi-functional.
You will
function as the front desk agent to resolve client issues arising during your
shift and carry out all front desk jobs required at a hotel reception.
However,
your primary responsibility will be balancing the revenue and expense
transactions, which occurred during the day at the hotel.
You will be
responsible for carrying out the night audit, reconciling all amounts paid and any outstanding bills and
produce the night audit report.
You will
also be expected to carry out some supervisory responsibility over the other
staff on duty at the hotel.
You will
also be required to run the computer back-up systems.
The ideal
candidate has at least two (2) years prior experience in a similar position or
as a receptionist in a large hotel.
You will
have excellent knowledge of hotel operating software and it will help if you
have knowledge of simple accounting principles.
You will
have excellent communication skills and have the ability to make decisions on
your own.
