Receptionist Job in Kenya (Re-Advertisement)

Name: Receptionist

Department: Administration

Reporting to: Admin Manager

Main function: To ensure all staff have recorded and registered at the staff reception desk at all times they come in and out of office.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Making hotel bookings
  • Booking all airport transfers
  • Managing cash float for Client Service team & Ordering the required snacks/lunches
  • Supporting Client Service during preps for meetings in the various meeting rooms
  • Relieving the receptionist at the main reception when out of duty.
  • Logging in all admin documents sent to finance.
  • Booking air-tickets in the absence of Admin assistant.
Academic qualifications needed are  diploma in secretarial studies or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business studies or any other relevant field.

The ideal candidate shall be young and attractive lady, trustworthy, confident and energetic, with pleasant personality, and able to work with minimum supervision on daily work with high communication skills. the candidate should attached a soft copy of their passport photos on the application.

Also they should include the position they are applying for in the subject of the email.

The position will be on a contractual basis for 3months only.
