Our Client one of the market leaders in driving integrated brand strategy consultancy that develops brand strategies through a unique set of principles, tools and metrics that optimally position brands within target and their clients business strategy.

One of our client’s company, a Public Relations firm would like to engage with best talent for the position of: Account Director

This position reports to the General Manager, Public Relations And is responsible for identifying business opportunities and profitably growing existing business for the Public Relations firm while leading in the management of the firm’s Key Accounts and reports.

Key Position Drivers
  • Identifying new and growing existing business opportunities with both new and existing customers
  • Developing and implementing regional long and short term strategic plans for the PR Firm’s clients
  • Manage and ensure deliver and performance aligned to targets and timelines
  • Partnering with the Firm’s clients to understand business needs and provide optimum solutions
  • Leading and Managing the Account Management teams to meet or exceed client expectation;
  • Relationship management of existing and potential clients for the Firm
  • Successfully pitch for business and ensure yielding interactions and relationship
  • Preparing and presenting reports of client activities, revenue forecast and future plan
  • Develop the Public Relations budget in consultation with the General Manager for Public Relations
  • Ensuring assigned staff motivation, development and growth

Academic & Professional qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business and/or Communications and a post graduate qualification PR/equivalent and membership of related professional body.
  • Master’s degree will be added advantage
  • Must have at-least 5 years active experience in the relevant area with excellent performance
  • Must have had responsibilities in management position(s) with IT fluency and use of design computer packages
