Waterman College (DWC) is an impressive purpose-built co-educational school for
students aged 1 1 — 1 6. DWC is in its fifth year and at full capacity will
accommodate 700 students.
Students
follow the English National Curriculum at KS3 and KS4. Post 1 6 provision is
being planned.
The 35
hectares site is located in the peaceful area of Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria,
and less than one hour’s drive from Lagos.

Students
partake in a breath of activities; sports, outdoor education, music and
creative /cultural activities.
DWC is full
boarding and all staff members are expected to contribute to the co-curricular

- A first degree and a Qualified Teachers Status; a minimum of 5 years experience as a Headteacher or senior leader in a college preferably in the UK.
- National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) will be an added advantage.
Vice Principal, Academic
(2 years
full-time renewable contract)
- A first degree; a minimum of 5 years experience in teaching l/GCSE I A Level preferably in the UK.
- In addition, the candidate should have some experience in whole school leadership and also in the mentoring of PGCE teachers.
Curriculum Leader for
Creative and Performing Art

- A first degree; a minimum of5 years experience in teaching I/GCSE /A Level preferably in the UK or in a recognised international school.
