Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all the customer service process and procedures are in line with SAA’s requirements.
- Ability to resolve customer enquiries
- Ability to make customers reservation, issue/ re issue customers tickets correctly and accurately
- Be able to handle all the Customer service functions
Qualifications:
IATA/ UFTAA
Diploma
Proficient
knowledge of windows based software including Microsoft outlook, power point,
word, access and excel
