Request for Trainers
The
Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Somalia is an International Non-Governmental
Organization registered in Kenya and operating in Somalia.
Trainers will be expected to
undertake the following activities:
- Design the training program and a training manual on Monitoring and Evaluation of teaching and learning process, Report Writing and Keeping an up-to-date data.
- Design and deliver training of trainers’ workshop of in Mogadishu as per the objectives set above.
- Review the current effectiveness of Monitoring and Evaluation system in schools in discussions with the work shop participants and provide recommendations for improvement
- Prepare a detailed workshop report touching on stated areas of training plus recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Holders of either Degree in Social Sciences or Education.
- Technically competent in facilitating training of trainers’ workshop
- The consultant needs to be a good and proven trainer with excellent training skills and methodologies suitable for adult learning;
- Proven track record as a trainer in schools’ Monitoring and Evaluation
- Ability to train well in a team and train adults with low education levels;
- Immediate availability to undertake the assignment
