Job Role: The quality Controller will be responsible for assuring quality of the floor and other products produced at Anchor Millers and ensuring quality from source to market.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement sampling procedures for all raw materials, packing materials and finished products;
  • Implement applicable quality systems and checks at all stages in the value chain;
  • Develop standard operating procedures on quality assurance for the plant;
  • Investigate causes for finished products not meeting specifications and suggest remedial measures;
  • Record and resolve customer complaints on quality aspects of the products;
  • Train other personnel on hygienic raw materials and finished products handling;
