It is
seeking an outstanding, dynamic and results oriented individuals to fill the
following key positions.
Finance and Administration
Manager
Reporting
to the Finance Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities
- Consolidates and reviews monthly financial and management reports from all the commissions, income statements and cash flow statements.
- Oversees centralized operations and facilitates maintenance.
- Approves expenditures within the budgets and provides financial oversight to commissions and departments.
- Ensures effective management of finance office – Bank correspondences, Donor Correspondences, sorting out commission issues and training.
- Processes monthly payroll in accordance with statutory requirements, policies and procedures.
- Formulates and implements finance strategy for KCCB-GS.
- Consolidates budgets for commissions and departments.
Qualifications
- Has a Masters Degree in Business Administration
- A bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field
- A minimum of CPA (K) professional qualification
- Excellent MS Excel and MS Word skills
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience
Personal Qualities
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
- A good knowledge of social teachings of the Church, and Ethical principles
- Group facilitation skills an added advantage
