We seek to
recruit experienced and innovative talent to fill the following key position:
Research and Innovation
Manager
The
Research & Innovation Manager position is a strategic role reporting to the
Managing Director.
The person
who fills this role will be the pivot around which changing customer needs are
tracked, global trends in out-of-home advertising are captured and new products
are launched.
This
position calls for an individual who is deeply passionate about delivering
solutions that delight the customer and lead the market.
Anticipating
customer needs and developing business cases is an important aspect of the job,
and we would like to speak to a person who would not only make a strong case
for investing in commercially feasible new products, but one who is determined
to implement on the ground and is tenacious enough to ensure execution and
follow through.
The ideal
candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant or related field
with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in research, new product development and
commercialization.
The
candidate should possess highly developed analytical skills and capability,
proven track record in introducing and commercializing new products, project
management skills and have an entrepreneurial mindset.
