We are new managers of a modern well  equipped and one of most recognized salons in Kitengela that offers its clients a memorable and authentic experience, located on the 2nd floor of Maisha Bora Gym  (Derrick) house behind Arusha Bar, opposite EastMatt Supermarket.

We are looking for a hairstylist and beautician with experience, willing to take walk-ins and build a long term clientele.

We take pride in our work and always stay current.

You will be permanently employed and  work with a full time schedule.

Responsibility:

As a Hair Stylist, you would be responsible for providing professional hair care and treatments to deliver outstanding customer service and financial profitability.

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Perform hair care services including, but not limited to, cutting, tongs, styling, coloring, highlighting, updos, permanent waves and straightening
  • Facial treatments, pedicure and manicure
  • Provide accurate information about salon products
  • Utilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area
  • Maintain records as required the business
  • Respond to customer  inquiries and requests and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene at workplace at all times
  • Efficient performance of work
  • Compliance with the business ethics
  • Conduct training and guiding trainees
