Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Supervising the repairing of  defective mechanical parts
  • Examining damaged vehicles and estimating repairing costs
  • Directing the removal of electrical and hydraulic window, seats and trimming to gain access to vehicle body
  • Hiring technicians
  • Filling depressions with body filler
  • Removing damaged fenders, panels and grills using wrenches and cutting torch
  • Straightening  bent automobile frame
  • Directing the filing and  grinding repaired surfaces
  • Refinishing repaired surface
  • Supervising the alignment of  wheels and bleeding hydraulic brake system
  • Supervising painting of surfaces after performing body repairs

Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Must have previous experience as a body shop estimator
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar industry
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Working knowledge of all aspects of repairs for damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles
  • Valid driver's license

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Preparing an annual operating budget, goals and objectives for each department and monitoring the departments’ performance
  • Directing the  training of managers for the service and body departments
  • Working with all department managers to improve profitability and efficiency
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction is  a priority for referral and repeat business
  • Working directly with customers and warranty clerks to administer warranty claims, as well as understanding and applying warranty guidelines
  • Creating dealership service and pricing policies for approval by the top management

We are particularly looking for candidates with vast experience in selling of automotive parts and vehicles.

He/she must have over 3 years’ experience in a similar industry.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Driving sales of auto parts, auto repairs and vehicles to potential customers
  • Identifying sales prospects, taking orders, making deliveries and other accounts as assigned
  • Identifying and resolving client concerns and making appropriate reports to the management
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to retain and attract new clients
  • Preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
  • Communicating new products and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to the sales manager

The ideal candidate will be in charge of managing and supporting all the workshop activities.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Providing detailed input for the quotations, planning and reviews of all workshop projects
  • Determining the work prioritization and task allocation for all workshop tasks
  • Ensuring health and safety and welfare of staff and customers in the workshop
  • Overseeing workshop staff so that appropriate information, instruction, training and guidance is provided when required
  • Ensuring security and efficient running of the workshop, improvements and efficiencies when possible
  • Organizing appointments, collections, transportation and support for the workshop where required
  • Allocating work and supporting workshop staff in the most efficient and effective way
  • Overseeing all the workshop functions including the staff and premises

Skills and Qualification Required
